Oversee daily spa operations: staff scheduling, front desk performance, inventory, and cleanliness standards.
Set clear goals tied to membership sales, client retention, and service quality.
Hire, train, and mentor team members to create a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
Analyze business metrics to make informed decisions and hit revenue targets.
Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies to grow the client base.
Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
