Our Retail HVAC Installation Tech - HVAC Installer Helper earns a competitive wage of $21 per hour (probationary period is paid at $17 until the employee is fully trained), while working a stable Monday through Friday schedule of 40 hours plus overtime.
Additionally, we provide top-tier benefits after 60 days of employment, including health, dental, vision, life, long- and short-term disability, critical illness, accident insurance, First Stop Health, a 401(k), paid time off (PTO), 6 paid holidays per year, paid birthdays off, and bereavement pay .

ABOUT THIS ENTRY-LEVEL SKILLED TRADE JOB
You're eager to learn and advance in a stable and profitable skilled trade. Working alongside experienced HVAC installers, you assist in removing old heating and air conditioning systems and installing new equipment, paying close attention to detail and learning from their instructions. You also educate customers on operating their new systems and enjoy becoming an essential member of our heating and cooling team!
