Located at a dominant company in Jefferson City, you will be responsible to operate and maintain machinery to ensure production standards are met then finalize products and prepare them for shipping.

As a production associate, you will produce and assemble products according to specifications. You will operate and maintain machinery to ensure production standards are met then finalize products and prepare them for shipping.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety guidelines for operating machinery and handling materials.
• Operate and Maintain Machinery: You will be responsible for running and maintaining production machines to meet manufacturing standards, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during operation.
• Production and Assembly: You will produce and assemble products according to specifications while following all safety guidelines for product handling and assembly processes.
• Finalize and Prepare Products for Shipping: Your duties include finalizing products and preparing them for shipping, with an emphasis on safe handling and packing procedures to prevent injuries and product damage.
• General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards and ensure a safe and efficient production flow.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• working weekends
