Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a full-scope practice with access to an in-house operating room. We provide mentorship for new surgeons and abundant resources for established surgeons to excel. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a cutting-edge, supportive environment. Key Highlights: Full-Scope Practice: Engage in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures including all-on-X, orthognathic, TMJ and cosmetic surgery if desired. In-House OR: Perform surgeries in our modern, fully equipped operating room. Mentorship & Growth: Tailored support for new surgeons and opportunities for established surgeons to expand their practice. Flexible Schedule: Choose between 3-5 days per week to suit your lifestyle.
