We are seeking a motivated Associate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team. Our state-of-the-art facility in Brighton, with expansion to a second location in Lansing, offers an exceptional environment for both new and experienced surgeons to thrive. Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a full-scope practice with access to an in-house operating room. We provide mentorship for new surgeons and abundant resources for established surgeons to excel. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a cutting-edge, supportive environment. Key Highlights: Full-Scope Practice: Engage in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures including all-on-X, orthognathic, TMJ and cosmetic surgery if desired. In-House OR: Perform surgeries in our modern, fully equipped operating room. Mentorship & Growth: Tailored support for new surgeons and opportunities for established surgeons to expand their practice. Flexible Schedule: Choose between 3-5 days per week to suit your lifestyle. Resident-assisted Hospital Call: Mentor residents taking trauma/infection call Locations: Offices in Brighton and Lansing, MI. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Valid Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain). Strong commitment to patient care and collaboration.
