Agile Scrum Master Onsite in Sterling Heights, MI Estimated Pay Rate: $55-$70 per hour This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on LCAT, experience, education, certifications, and other factors (geographic location, etc.) Serve as the Scrum Master for a software development team, ensuring agile practices are followed, removing roadblocks, and promoting continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, safety-critical software systems. Responsibilities: Lead daily Team Sync meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Ensure the development team is following agile practices and Scrum framework Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress Assist the product owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring work is ready for planning Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders Promote continuous improvement and help the team to increase productivity and quality Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance) Experience working with software development teams Proficient in using Jira/GitLab with the ability to interpret and act on Agile metrics Experience refining technical requirements for development or proposal efforts Program management experience related to schedule and timeline management Familiarity with safety-critical systems/software standards (e.g., Mil-Std 882E, ISO 26262) Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in a related discipline Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and software release cycles Familiarity with defense frameworks such as: Ground Common Infrastructure Architecture (GCIA) Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
