This could be the opportunity for you. Superior Fence & Rail, the largest fence company in the country, is seeking a Full-Time Production Specialist to join our team. Pay & Schedule * $22–$25 per hour (based on experience) * Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Occasional overtime as needed * Full-time, year-round work What You’ll Be Doing * Pick and process fence orders accurately and efficiently * Operate a CNC router to fabricate vinyl fencing * Perform light carpentry and fence repair * Load outgoing materials and verify order accuracy * Move, organize, label, and store materials in the yard/shop * Operate a forklift (training/certification provided if needed) * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Meet company safety, productivity, and quality standards * Assist with additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Reliable transportation * Ability to lift up to 80 lbs * Willingness to pass a drug screening * Experience in construction, fencing, carpentry, framing, or shop work preferred * Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused * Positive attitude and strong time-management skills The Ideal Candidate * Takes pride in quality workmanship * Has a stable work history * Works well independently and as part of a team * Enjoys hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment Benefits * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Time) About Superior Fence & Rail Superior Fence & Rail is the largest fence contractor in the United States, with 90+ locations nationwide and continued growth year after year.
