Job Description

We seek a dynamic VIDEO PRODUCER to join our Creative team. At chloe + isabel, video content runs the gamut from photo shoot behind-the-scenes features, to engaging shorts for social media, to sales training tutorials for our community of Merchandisers. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and creative thinker with video production experience and the ability to take the lead on creating content, often from scratch. THIS POSITION SITS IN OUR NYC-BASED HEADQUARTERS!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead all aspects of video content development: ideation, scripting, pre-production, shooting, post-production, and finishing processes. Develop video ideas to support larger creative initiatives. Concept videos suited for Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and other platforms. Create videos that intelligently target particular KPIs. Keep up with emerging trends in video production, fashion and social media. Oversee production details and organization, including creating and conforming to budgets, monitoring video metrics and data, and juggling multiple projects at different stages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years video production experience A deep understanding of production and post-production processes Knowledge of social media trends and best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent skills in Adobe Premiere Pro Mastery of shooting with Canon DSLRs Preferred: skilled in AfterEffects, competent in other Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) Ability to both follow direction and work independently Energy, enthusiasm and a desire to learn Bonus: Pre-existing relationships with crew, editors, locations, etc. PLEASE SUBMIT A LINK TO A REEL OR SAMPLE VIDEO WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
