We're looking for a part-time UI/UX designer to support a fast-moving project for one of BetterBasket's key grocery partners. This role will focus on designing adaptable yet user-friendly features for managing promotions on e-commerce and retail stores. These tools will be powered by advanced analytics but must be intuitive enough for everyday use by non-technical store personnel across all locations. Success in this role will directly drive a nationwide rollout across 100+ stores. Who You Are We’re seeking someone who’s comfortable working independently, can move quickly from customer conversations to polished designs in Figma, and brings strong product thinking to the table. You should be comfortable making decisions with limited guidance, and skilled at asking the right questions to influence stakeholders.
