First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Stockton, California.

Job Description & Requirements

REQUIREMENTS (HARD STOPS)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years NICU (Level III preferred)
  • License: Active CA RN license required at submission
  • Certifications (AHA):
    • BLS
    • NRP
    • PALS
  • EMR: Cerner experience REQUIRED
  • Floating:
    • Must float to Pediatrics and Postpartum
    • Must take patient assignments , including couplet care in Postpartum
  • Skills:
    • Strong IV skills (no IV team)
    • Ability to interpret basic arrhythmias (no monitor techs)
  • Shift:
    • Nights only (7p–7a)
    • Every other weekend (may increase)
    • 2 of 3 major holidays

       

Unit: NICU Level III\n\nOnboarding:ALL MyJourney modules must be completed prior to arrival\nStart date will be pushed back if modules are incomplete (no exceptions)\n\nRatios:\nNICU: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3\nPediatrics: 1:4\nGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week\nShift Length: 12 hours\nOrientation: 2 shifts (12 hours total)
