KMG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health travel contract opportunity in Greenwich, CT.

Note: RN must have at least 2 years of Home Health experience.

Pay Rate:

• $2,664/week (Estimated travel pay package)
\t
• Local pay rate: $58/hr

Work Schedule:

• 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
\t
• Alternating weekends
\t
• 40 hours per week

Contract Term:

• 13 weeks (extension likely)
\t
• Start Date: ASAP

Job Details:

• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
\t
• Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home – enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
\t
• Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
\t
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

\t
• Current RN License
\t
• Must have at least 2 years of Home Health experience
\t
• Experience with Oasis documentation, Wellsky EMR and wound care would be a plus
\t
• Current driver’s license
\t
• American Heart Association BLS
