Job Description
The Spanish Interpreter is responsible for providing verbal and written translation services to facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking individuals and English-speaking individuals. The Interpreter will interpret conversations and documents, both written and spoken, from one language to another.
The Spanish Interpreter is responsible for providing accurate and clear interpretations of Spanish spoken and/or written materials. The Interpreter must be able to accurately interpret both verbal and written Spanish into English and English into Spanish. The Interpreter must be knowledgeable in regional dialects and variations in Spanish and will be responsible for providing effective communication services in a variety of settings. This includes, but is not limited to, legal proceedings, medical appointments, social services, and business meetings. The Interpreter must be able to maintain confidentiality, follow ethical standards, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
