???? The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in supporting the monthly close, financial reporting, and analysis processes for our multi-channel business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and inventory to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

???? Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals for month-end close
Assist with consolidated financial statements and management reporting
Support inventory and cost accounting, including SKU-level analysis and variance review
Partner with FP&A and Operations on budget vs. actual and margin reporting
Maintain GAAP compliance and assist with annual audit requests
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows
Support system enhancements within ERP (NetSuite or similar)

???? Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
3–6 years of progressive accounting experience; mix of public accounting and industry ideal
Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, or manufacturing preferred
ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
