We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fantastic People team! We’re in search of someone who finds joy in recruiting global talent, possesses exceptional speed and expertise, and deeply cares about the talent we seek to attract and the experiences they’ll encounter.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Global Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts globally, with a focus on Europe and occasional involvement in Africa and Asia regions.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Own the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strategic Talent Attraction: Collaborate with stakeholders to explore innovative ways to attract top talent to Eskimi.
  • Employer Branding: Participate in employer branding activities and projects focused on improving the onboarding experience for new hires and promoting Eskimi.
  • Internship Projects: Contribute to Eskimi’s internship programs, identifying and nurturing super talent to join our team.
  • Create Value By Contributing to People Projects: Explore new projects by taking part in and organizing various people initiatives, including those designed to enhance employee engagement at Eskimi.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

  • At least 2-3 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter across global markets, preferably in a technology start-up/scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency across all recruitment stages, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.
  • Expertise and knowledge of different sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple different recruitment projects.
  • Natural passion for recruitment excellence.
  • Demonstrate initiative and drive, have passion for growth and ownership mentality.
