About the Company

Our client is in search of a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee 3 District Managers across 3 districts of a low cost, high value fitness club chain with over 150 locations nationwide.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with prior management experience overseeing multiple locations, genuine customer service skills, proven membership sales experience, and a passion for culture and team mentorship. Reporting to our VP of Operations, the VP of Operations will be responsible for ensuring that our teams are making monthly budgets, achieving sales and hiring goals across all departments and that staff education are consistent throughout all locations and are in line with our culture.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years of Operations, Sales, or similar experience overseeing multiple locations simultaneously - THIS IS A NONNEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT, preferably in a HVLP fitness club model.
• Someone who has worked in the fitness industry previously and has an interest in fitness.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
• Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Gym software experience preferably Medalla.
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
