Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN Agency Nurse to join our Wellspring Staffing Team. As an agency nurse, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, and assisted livings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families. You will collaborate with the contracted facility to ensure the highest level of resident care and work on a flexible schedule to meet the needs of different healthcare facilities.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices
- Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations
