Email Marketing Coordinator (Remote) – Cella Location: Remote | Job Type: Contract | Compensation Range: $30 - $35 per hour We are seeking a versatile Marketing Communications Specialist to become the engine behind our digital and traditional marketing efforts! This role requires a unique blend of technical skill and project coordination. You will be responsible for the technical execution of our CRM strategy, including building and coding email workflows using our ESP and creating complex logic-based email journeys (e.g., if a user clicks X, they go to Y). Your responsibilities extend to coordinating and implementing comprehensive marketing communication projects, managing key areas like public relations, special events, and advertising, all with a focus on creating and increasing brand awareness. Remote, 30 hours per week. Must work 10am-4pm EST. Must have email coding experience. A coding assessment will be given during the interview process. Responsibilities Build and code email workflows using an ESP. Create logic-based email journeys (e.g., if a user clicks X, they go to Y). Support event-related marketing communications. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams. Navigate and utilize Figma for design-related tasks (no design work required). Coordinate and implement comprehensive marketing communication projects. Manage key marketing areas, including public relations, special events, and advertising. Focus on creating and increasing brand awareness. Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations. Utilize various marketing resource materials. Resource Materials Used Brochures and data Slides and photographs Reports Qualifications Experience building and sending emails via an ESP. Workflow creation and logic-based automation. Proficiency in Iterable, Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau.
