Overview Camp Bow Wow Smyrna is looking for ONE Dedicated Rock Star Dog Lover to join our Leadership Team. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, and 12:00-7:00 shifts. Compensation is based on experience. Pay range listed: $13.00/hr - $15.00/hr. Responsibilities Passionate about dogs and our mission to provide them a safe, fun, and trusted place to stay. Comfortable with problem-solving and not flustered with constant changes. Facilitate our processes and systems. Ensure the team stays on track. Excellent time and task management skills. Dependable, professional, a team player, and exhibits a high level of integrity. Advanced interpersonal skills to handle people and issues with integrity and maturity. Available on weekends and holidays. Coachable. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Experience leading a team. 1+ year of customer service and leading a team. Passionate about serving dogs and their parents. Respectful, professional, dependable, and a high level of integrity.
