Defensive Cyber Operations Director
Key Role:
Join a high-performing team of cybersecurity and technology professionals implementing and delivering advanced defensive cyber operations solutions within the DoD. Partner with solution architects, engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and other technologists delivering innovative solutions. Identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate client's cyber operations needs and goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. Guide teams through a critical approach to cyber operations design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. Innovate in the defensive cyber operations market space and leverage market knowledge to bring new ideas and technology to solve the most critical missions. Identify opportunities to improve missions of national importance and protect critical assets. Implement innovative cyber defense solutions across the company.
Basic Qualifications: \n - 15+ years of experience with system design, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in engineering or technical roles
\n - Experience shaping cyber defense strategies and bringing new technical innovations into operations
\n - Ability to drive technical innovation and effectively guide cross-functional teams in developing strategic, mission-critical solutions
\n - Ability to identify capability gaps in the Defensive Cyber Operations ( DCO ) portfolio and recommend and drive solutions
\n - TS / SCI clearance
\n - Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications: \n - Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of leadership and multidisciplinary teams to drive alignment and deliver results
\n - Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $185,700.00 to $345,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
