Monarch Montessori School is seeking an Assistant Teacher for our Toddler Program (ages 1-3 years). Duties will include playing with young children, aiding the children in potty training, cleaning up after your children, aiding the teachers, subbing for teachers, supervising and ensuring children's safety, being respectful to them, helping them help themselves, eating, self care, making art, and exploring the outdoors. A positive attitude and love of children is a must! Candidate must have CPR and First Aid certification or a willingness to obtain them. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in the field of education and to learn more about the Montessori Philosophy. Hours are from 10:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
