Accountant

*Position is fully onsite
\n*Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

\nKelly is seeking an Accountant to work with our client, a leader in the biotech industry, on a long-term temporary basis with potential of getting hired on. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing company that uses cutting-edge technologies to improve patient outcomes globally!

The Accountant will:

\n\n

\n\t
• Manage daily cash activities, including reconciliation, tracking unposted and cleared items, resolving posting issues with AR/AP/Payroll, processing positive pay and stop payments, handling ACH returns and outgoing wires, and completing monthly bank reconciliations\n\t
• Review monthly financial statement trends to identify issues, define corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items\n\t
• Ensure accurate monthly reporting and posting of Current Account InterOpco and miscellaneous charges\n\t
• Schedule and publish monthly close activities calendar, including working through calendar issues with FP&A team\n\t
• Ensure proper load of monthly published FX rates into SAP and assist Sr. Manager with monthly FX analysis for CFO meeting\n

\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n

\n\t
• BS in Accounting or equivalent\n\t
• 2+ years of accounting experience\n\t
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite\n\t
• Advanced Excel skills a plus\n\t
• Experience with SAP FI modules a plus\n
